• Replacement can be due to loss damaged or change of personal particulars, Applications are submitted online at the  Immigration Portal

Requirements

1. Statutory declaration explaining reason for replacement
2. In case of lost certificate, get a police letter
3. Deed poll and gazette, in case of change of name
