The new Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lt. Gen. Joseph Musanyufu has taken over the reins from the previous Permanent Secretary Dr. Benon Mutambi.

The handover ceremony was presided over by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Maj.Gen. Kahinda Otafiire at the Ministry Headquarters on 16th August 2021
