    On May 6th, 2024, at the Joint Ministry of Internal Affairs press conference at the Police Headquarters, the spokesperson made an announcement regarding the replacement of lost passports by Ugandans living abroad.

  • Jinja Passport Office Launched

    The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Internal Affairs Lt Gen Joseph B. Musanyufu on Friday February 23rd launched the Passport Center at the Jinja Regional Immigration Office. The Passport Office is now a fully-fledged center where applicants can have their interviews, data captured and collect their passports. It joins Kampala HQ, Mbale, Mbarara and Gulu as the other complete passport centers in the country
